Hub terms
Messageable hub terms
Version 2026-10-21
These are the terms for the communication hub. Have a lawyer in your state read them before you rely on them as the operator. People who make an account accept this version.
Policies
Before the app opens, Messageable asks for contacts, the camera, video, and files you pick on this phone. You allow each one yourself. You can refuse one and still read these terms.
Messageable does not use your location and does not track you. There is no GPS permission. The hub does not ask where you are, and it does not sell a place it never collected.
Contacts are the names and numbers you pick, or a contact card you choose. The camera and a video stay on this device until you turn them off. A file stays on this phone unless you send it in a chat.
Messageable is a hub
Messageable is a communication hub. It keeps a conversation in view and lets you open other media beside it. The operator of this hub is not YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Messenger, X, Google, Apple, or any other service you open from here.
The hub does not own those services, does not speak for them, and is not their partner. Their names are used so you can tell them apart.
Other sites are not our responsibility
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Messenger, X, and the other platforms you can open here are run by other companies. Their content, accounts, outages, bans, fees, ads, recommendations, and privacy rules are theirs.
Messageable does not control what those sites show, what they do with your account, or whether they load. A link, a tile, or an embedded player does not make Messageable a party to that site. If a player is on screen, it is that company’s player and that company’s terms apply to it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Messageable and its operator are not liable for anything that happens on a third-party site, including lost access, removed posts, charges, or disputes between you and that site.
Do not give this hub their passwords
You sign in to those sites yourself, on their own pages. Messageable does not ask for the password to YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, or any other third-party account, and you must not type those passwords into Messageable.
If a site keeps you signed in, that session stays in your browser on your device. Messageable does not take a copy of it.
How you sign in here
You can sign in to Messageable with Google, Apple, or your email. That is a choice. Google and Apple each check their own account. Until those connections are switched on, the hub checks the email on that account with a one-time code.
Messageable does not keep a password for you. There is nothing to reset. If you come back, you use the same Google account, the same Apple ID, or the same email. A new code is how email sign-in works.
What the hub stores
When you make an account, the hub stores your email, the name you give, whether you chose Google, Apple, or email, the time you accepted these terms, and whether you asked to hear from the hub. The account book is on the Messageable server.
The hub does not sell that list. It does not store a password, and it does not store the password of any third-party site.
Sample chats in the app stay on your device until you clear them. They are not the account book.
Notes from the hub
A box asks if you want to hear about Messageable. Leave it unchecked and you still get an account. The hub does not mail people who did not check it.
Free to try
The hub is free to try. If a paid plan is offered later, the price will be shown before you pay, and either these terms will change or a separate paid agreement will apply. You will not be charged by surprise.
What you take on
You follow the law and you follow each third-party site’s own terms. You do not use the hub to break into an account, harass someone, or pretend the hub is one of those companies.
Words you send are yours. Messageable does not adopt them as its own.
No promise that it always works
The hub is provided as it is and as it is available. Calls, pictures, links, and third-party pages can fail. The operator does not promise that a message will arrive, that a site will load, or that the hub will be up at every hour.
Limits on claims
To the fullest extent the law allows, Messageable and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost messages, lost profits, lost data, or anything a third-party site does.
If a claim is still allowed, the most you can recover from the operator is the amount you paid Messageable in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that cap is fifty U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
If a claim starts from your use
If someone brings a claim against Messageable because of your messages, your use of a third-party site through the hub, or your break of these terms, you will cover the operator’s reasonable damages, losses, and legal costs, to the extent the law allows.
Age
You must be at least 18 to make an account. The hub is not directed at children.
Closing an account
You may delete your Messageable record from the sign-in page. The operator may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the hub. Third-party accounts are closed on those sites, not here.
Changes
If these terms change, the version date at the top changes. Using the hub after that date means you accept the new terms. Making or keeping an account means you accept the version shown when you sign in.
Law and notices
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in Florida are where a claim is heard, except where the law requires another place.
Write the operator through the form on the home page, and allow thirty days, before you file a claim. That pause is a chance to fix the problem. It does not take away a right the law says cannot be waived.
